Mushroom Hot Cacao Latte
1 tsp mushroom powder
1 tsp sweetener (plus more to taste)
1 tsp almond butter (optional)
2 Tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch Himalayan salt
1 cup milk (cashew, coconut, or almond)
Mushroom Coffee Latte
1 tsp mushroom powder
1 tsp sweetener
1 tsp cacao powder (optional)
Pinch cinnamon

1 shot espresso or ⅓ cup strong coffee
Instructions (Both Ways):
Toss everything in a small blender, whirl until frothy, adjust flavors (more cinnamon, cacao, or sweetener as your mood demands), and serve hot. Bonus points if you crown it with coconut whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
Contraindications to Know ⚠️
Before you go shroom-happy:
Reishi may lower blood pressure and thin blood—so if you’re on meds or heading into surgery, skip her.
Cordyceps can hype up the immune system—bad news if you’ve got autoimmune issues.
Chaga is high in oxalates, which can irritate kidneys if overdone.
