Unbothered & Anointed
I’m in my UNBOTHERED era.
Pampered by self-love. Protected by boundaries. Perfumed by plants. 🌹
A lot of our unhappiness comes from trying to satisfy every loud thought, every urgent feeling, every random request. Babe—that’s not leadership, that’s self-abandonment.
The key: focus on what matters deeply. The rest? Let it line up behind you.
So yes—today’s agenda is a DIY spa day at home (the richest kind of relaxation: the kind that brings you back to yourself).
Your “Do Not Disturb / Goddess At Work” essentials
Aromatherapy candle • anointing oil • bath chai • favorite drink + snack • soft music • one gang of undisturbed time
1) Morning Joy Bath Tea (soft nervous system, softer skin)
In a bowl, combine:
1 cup colloidal oats
1 cup chamomile
a handful of petals (rose/calendula/lavender)
Optional scent (keep it gentle): mix 3–6 drops total essential oil into 1 tbsp carrier oil first (never straight in the bath).
Rose + sandalwood is divine.
2) After-bath Body Polish (glow, not grind)
Mix + store airtight:
1 cup sugar
50 ml rice bran oil (or olive/jojoba)
a handful of tiny petals
5–10 drops essential oil optional
Massage like you mean it: slow, circular, devotional. Rinse. Glow. Smirk.
3) Evening Mineral Soak (quiet power)
2 cups Epsom salts into warm water (no extras needed—this is the minimalist luxury).
Anoint your crown. Close your eyes. Count blessings like they’re receipts.
4) Final Ritual: “Amorous” Self-Massage + Prayer
Blend:
50 ml almond oil
50 ml olive oil
10–15 drops sandalwood (or less if sensitive)
3–5 drops a floral oil (rose/ylang ylang/lavender)
Then bless your body like it’s sacred (because it is):
“Joy is welcome here. Tension, you may exit. I am safe to soften.” ♥️🙏
Tiny safety bestie note: essential oils can irritate skin—patch test, go low and slow, and skip if pregnant, nursing, or scent-sensitive.
xoxo, gina
